With modern updated conveniences, Flora House also retains the charm of her old world beginnings, including original wood floors, fireplaces (non-working) and window panes. Enjoy the breezy verandah overlooking the passersby, or sit in rocking chairs on the back balcony and have a quiet cup of contemplative coffee.
The interior features an extra large primary bedroom with a King bed, a fireplace (non-working), and an en suite full bath. The Queen Bedroom offers a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall is a charming bedroom with two twin-size beds and plenty of closet space. Both rooms share the full bath in the hallway.
The living area is bathed in natural light with huge windows and an office nook for your remote work comfort. The kitchen is completely renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Our location is amazing for walkability and is surrounded by incredible dining and entertainment - which includes music venues. That said, the City of Charleston has a noise ordinance that starts at 11:00pm through 7:00am, even on the weekends. Everything that makes this location amazing also means it is not suburban quiet. There are street sounds and noises typical of an urban environment. This unit is part of a large house with other guests, and you may hear neighbors or others on property.
TV: Please note that we offer SmartTVs that include free digital channels and content apps. Streaming services are not provided. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming service accounts and are responsible for logging off before departure. We do not offer cable service or local stations.
MAINTENANCE: Properties are maintained to the highest standards. If a Guest has a maintenance issue, please report to the property manager. In the event of maintenance is necessary to be completed while the property is occupied, the Property Manager or Service Provider will give reasonable notice to Guest before entering the property. If a service visit is requested by Guest, and no problem is found by the Service Provider, the Guest will be charged the cost of the service visit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A credit card hold will be released 7 days post checkout if there are no issues that require an additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest receives 100.00% less 3% credit card processing fee if cancellation occurs at least 21 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 10 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival. 3% credit card processing fee for all cancelations. HCVR recommends purchasing separate "Cancel for Any Reason" Travel Insurance, either through HCVR or a third party. Refunds are not provided for weather related issues in Charleston or the Guests home area. Refunds are provided only if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for Charleston County by The Governor of South Carolina. No other weather related, illness, or travel delay/cancellation events will be refunded.
SECURITY CAMERAS: This property is monitored via external perimeter security cameras overlooking public areas.
No persons under the age of 25 may stay without an accompanying adult aged 25 years or older. No Third-Party bookings.
