Gardenia House takes up the entire second floor of a grand home built in 1905.
Sip your coffee or a tall glass of iced tea (make it super sweet!) and sit a spell in the rocking chairs on the wraparound piazza (that's what we call a porch!). This house is made for gathering...and relaxing...and enjoying, plus it's just steps from all that downtown Charleston has to offer: dining, cocktails, boutiques. And lots of treats along the way! Ideal for a group of friends of a family with several children.
Need even more room? The top (3rd floor) is also available as an add-on to this unit as Jessamine House, sleeping an additional 6 people in one king bed, and four twins, plus an extra bathroom!
