Holy City Vacation Rentals LLC, is a boutique property management company founded and operated by Bren Monteiro, a licensed SC Property Manager-in-Charge.
Why "Holy City"? Because it's Charleston's nickname! Known for religious tolerance and numerous historic churches and spires, Charleston became known as "The Holy City". With over 400 churches and a mulitude of denominations, downtown Charleston photos highlight steeples and spires dotting the skyline. Of special interest? The many historic cemeteries that can be best explored through walking tours.

HCVR offers a variety of historic rentals as well as modern, new construction throughout Charleston, SC. Some are located within a block of famed King Street, and walking distance to all levels of dining, exciting nightlife, as well as both modern and antique shopping. Other properties are conveniently located in residential areas, allowing for a private and serene stay in America's favorite city.
